BOL T, SHEAR

The contract specifies the procurement of four BOL T, SHEAR fasteners identified by NSN 5306-00-927-4181 and part number NAS654V20, manufactured in accordance with revision 11 of NAS653 through NAS658 and revision 14 of NAS621, both non-government consensus standards. All items must comply with the current revision of these standards at the time of manufacture and are classified as commercial items. Inspection requirements mandate dimensional conformity for all Class 3A and 3B threads per System 22 of FED-STD-H28/20, excluding self-locking nuts and threads below specified diameters. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances allowed unless otherwise stated, and attributes are classified with verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Identification marking must adhere to MIL-STD-130N paragraph 4.1.b(2) in addition to manufacturer markings. Packaging shall conform to ASTM D3951, with precedence given to DLA Master List requirements and MIL-STD-129 labeling, and palletization must meet RP001 specifications. Delivery is FOB origin with a five-day lead time, no quantity variance permitted, and inspection and acceptance occur at origin. Items must be shipped by the fastest traceable means—parcel post is prohibited—and delivered to the specified freight address in San Diego, with the original required delivery date of May 4, 2026.
