This contract covers the procurement of 472 units of a machine bolt identified by National Stock Number 5306-01-126-2319, in accordance with the part specification MIL-DTL-45912B, revision dated August 6, 2013. The hardware must comply with the current revision of the applicable part standard at the time of manufacture and is designated as a commercial item under specification MS35764H, revision dated August 12, 2022. Packaging and marking must conform to DLA packaging requirements and MIL-STD standards, with delivery prepared according to ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129 guidelines. All items will be inspected and accepted at the destination point, with zero tolerance for non-conformance in the sample lot inspection. The contract is managed through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and requires delivery to the DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania within 171 days from the order date, with a target ship date of October 4, 2026, and a required delivery date of February 1, 2027. The purchase is governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements which takes precedence over general packaging standards. Compliance with specific sampling methods and verification levels per MIL-STD-1916 or equivalent is mandated, as well as the removal of government identification on rejected supplies.
