This contract specifies the procurement of 434 machine bolts, identified by NSN 5306-00-151-1335 and part number AN6-16, manufactured to the current revision of the non-government standards NASM3 through NASM20 Revision 5 dated February 28, 2025, and governed by Quality Assurance Provision 13873. All items must comply with stringent technical and quality requirements referenced from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, including inspection and acceptance at origin, mandatory preservation and packaging in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA packaging standards, and marking per MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130N. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited in preservation, packaging, or direct contact with the hardware, except for specific functional applications like batteries or sensors as defined by NAVSEA, and any portable devices containing mercury must have a secondary containment. Sampling for quality verification must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and critical attributes are assigned the highest verification levels. A Certificate of Quality Compliance, including mill-material certification, must accompany each shipment and be forwarded to the DLA Troop Support Contracting Officer. Delivery is FOB origin within 58 days, with no variance allowed in quantity, and the goods must be shipped to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The contract mandates compliance with all CDRLs, packaging protocols, and transportation directives, and prohibits any use of mercury in packaging or preservation materials.
