Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the commercial supplies/services as listed in section 11B. The Bombardier Global 6000 has been determined as a commercial item, therefore in accordance with FAR 12.207(a), a Firm-Fixed Price contract type shall be utilized should the Government proceed with this acquisition. Note that the specific requirements in section 11B are subject to change prior to the release of any potential solicitation. B. Technical Specifications: The Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) within Airforce Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) requires quantity one (1) new Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft, in a - green' configuration. The contractor shall equip and deliver the aircraft, with only the configurations listed below, to the BACN (AFLCMC/HNAB) Program Office. - The aircraft shall conform to the following Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) specifications. o ST00046MC-D: A-kit (23 antennas, cables, TCDL radome) o ST00045MC-D: B-kit provisions (kill switch, seat tracks, INMARSAT provisions, etc.) o ST00044MC-D: Cockpit ARC-210 (radio, antenna) o ST00043MC-D: Interior (lavatory, galley, crew rest seats) o ST03203CH-D: Cockpit Furnishings o ST00136MC: ADS-B Out Inhibit o ST03199NY / ST02186NY: Electronic Flight Bags (COTS) o ST00941LA: Bruce Inc. Floor Path Lighting (COTS) o ST02167NY: Insulation blankets (COTS) - The aircraft configuration shall also include aircraft markings and paint. C.
