SummaryThrough this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Peachland (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing construction work for a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) replacement in the vicinity of the intersection of Bonnie Lane and Princeton Avenue, Peachland, BC (as shown on the Contract Drawings).Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows:Supply and installation of complete PRV station Supply and installation of utilities Removal of existing piping and PRV chamber, followed by backfilling with import pit run Subgrade preparation, including finishing and compaction Preparation of granular sub-base and granular base. Hydraulic seedingContract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:The Work may commence anytime on or after: June 15, 2026 Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: October 15, 2025 Notwithstanding that the District is providing a flexible window for Respondents to choose when the Work occurs; the maximum duration of the Work (from Commencement of the Work on-site to Total Performance of the Work) must not exceed 10 weeks.
