Solicitation details, issuing organization, response deadlines, documents, and interested companies for this government contract opportunity.
AI Contract Overview
The Defense Logistics Agency is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify qualified manufacturing and supply sources for an engine borescope kit supporting the T-701C Blackhawk weapon system. This effort is intended to determine if future requirements can be competitively bid or set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334511. Because the item requires specific manufacturing sources defined by source control drawings and the government lacks the necessary technical data rights, the acquisition is currently processed under limited responsible sources. Interested firms, including various small business designations, must meet prequalification requirements and are responsible for all recurring and nonrecurring engineering services, supply chain management, and production costs. This announcement is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. Potential contractors are encouraged to seek source approval through the AvMC public website to be eligible for future opportunities.
