This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


1. Solicitation number 1240BJ26Q0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Boulder Grazing Complex Fence Projects.  This contract includes three projects located in the Bulldog and Snowcap Grazing Allotments. Each project involves constructing small fence sections, each 0.5 miles or less in length. The purpose of these fences implements the project level decision and executes the livestock grazing strategy by creating effecting boundaries.


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990  The small business size standard is $19M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.  PSC Code: Y1PZ – Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities
