The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in AGAR 412.201-1 (e)(3)(ii) Simplified Procedures.


The USDA-FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against this series 12444223A0004-8, 10 and 12444224A0002 for Vegetation Management Services for the Kisatchie National Forest. Only those award holders who originally competed for these services and/or locations when this series was established will compete for these services. These services are for RCW Midstory Reduction-Bushhogging for the Calcasieu Ranger District, LA.         


This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the aforementioned BPA Holders.


This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
