This acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under the Buy Indian Act. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Offerors shall review the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for complete requirements, submission insturctions, evaluation factors, and terms and condititions. The supply list is representative and not all-inclusive; order will be placed on an as-needed basis based on actual laboratory requirements.

Brand Name: Unless otherwise specifically identified in the SOW or Attachment 1, manufacturer names and part numbers are provided for identification and evaluation purposes. Equivalent products may be offered, subject to Government determination of technical acceptability.
