Solicitation # SPE7L3-26-T-246R
Solicitation SPE7L3-26-T-246R is a Request for Quotations issued by the Department of Defense, specifically DLA Land and Maritime, for the procurement of 54 synthetic rubber gaskets under NSN 5330-00-204-4871. The items must be free of asbestos and Class I ozone depleting chemicals, with a non-extendable shelf life of 36 months. Technical specifications require the gaskets to be die cut from sheet stock with specific tolerances for dimensions. The delivery is set for 60 days after award, with a need ship date of November 21, 2026, and a final required delivery date of February 26, 2027, to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. Quality assurance is stringent, requiring zero non-conformances in sample lots based on MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Due to the risk of ultraviolet deterioration, the gaskets must be sealed in medium duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bags per MIL-DTL-117. Marking and identification must comply with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130N. The procurement is governed by the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions Revision 105 and includes various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding the Buy American Act, Berry Amendment, and cybersecurity requirements. Invoicing and payment must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Quotations are due by September 21, 2026, via the DIBBS system.
