Bradley and MLRS Field Support Bridge

This Request for Information is issued by the Department of Defense, specifically through the W6QK Acc-Dta office in Warren, Michigan, to assess industry capability in providing field support for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Family of Vehicles and the Multiple Launch Rocket System Family of Vehicles, including all derivatives such as the A3, A4, and A4E1 variants of the Bradley and the M270A1 MLRS mission systems. The intent is to gather detailed industry input on the ability to deliver field support services including New Equipment Training and Displaced Equipment Training conducted by certified instructors across CONUS locations. Field Service Representatives are required to perform direct and general support maintenance below depot level, conduct hands-on instruction for military and civilian maintainers, oversee vehicle de-processing and prepare for issue operations, and ensure full functionality of vehicle subsystems including powertrain, weapons systems, fire suppression, communications, optics, and chassis integrity through formal inspection and testing. Contractors must manage USG-furnished property, utilize Army inventory and modification management systems, comply with Army Export Control regulations, and support synchronized pre-deployment tracking. Response requirements include submission of company identification data such as CAGE and DUNS numbers, SAM registration status, socio-economic certifications, and evidence of DCAA-approved cost accounting and DCMA-approved purchasing systems. Proposals must demonstrate surge capability and a cross-training plan for Field Service Representatives, along with confirmation of active Secret Facility Clearance if applicable. All submissions must adhere to strict formatting rules, including 50-page limits using Times New Roman 12-point font with one-inch margins, spell out all acronyms on first use, and include only question numbers in responses. Responses must be submitted exclusively via DoD Safe Exchange by the deadline of July 6, 2026, with requests for access sent to the designated contracting points of contact.
