Bradshaw Army Airfield Obstruction Survey

This requirement is for a Military Airfield Obstruction Survey at Bradshaw Army Airfield, located within the Pohakuloa Training Area on the Island of Hawaii. The primary objective is to identify all penetrations to airspace imaginary surfaces and obstruction-free zones and recommend appropriate mitigation measures to support USAG-HI Department of Public Works, USAASA, and FAA regulatory requirements for airfield recertification. The contractor will be responsible for survey design and analysis, field data collection using LiDAR and GPS, and the delivery of high-resolution obstruction maps, 3D airspace surface models, and regulatory submission packages.
