Proposed LVD Strippit Punch system(s) should meet the needs and characteristics of the attached salient characteristics document. **THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT THEREFORE ALTERNATE ITEMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.** This notice does not commit the Government to a contract.
