1) This Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for the purchase of a Brand Name or Equal - NU ATTOM UPGRADE PARTS AND INSTALLATION

2) The synopsis/solicitation is 140G0226Q0077 and is being issued as a Request for Quote.

3) The award for this requirement shall be made using the policies in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as appropriate for this acquisition.
