ADDENDUM #1 - Q&A's have been added in the attachments and at this time, we are no longer taking anymore questions. This will only be awarded if Government funding is approved. ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking Brand Name Sole Source for the following: The work covered under this Statement of Work shall consist of the following, remove and replace building automation system with new Honeywell controls system for Facility 288, along with the installation and integration of new Comfort Point Open (CPO) controllers to the Energy Management Controls System (EMCS) Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) System and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product. This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Best Value/Technically acceptable to the Government. AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the AFFS cancels this solicitation, AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A site visit will be contingent on the interest of this solicitation. To be eligible for award, registration with the System of Award Management (SAM) must be current. To register or update go to www.sam.gov.
