BREATHING APPARATUS,SELF CONTAINED

The Department of National Defence is soliciting bids for 500 units of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus, identified by NSN 01-615-0712 and Part Number MR-10035N, to be delivered to 25 Canadian Forces Supply Depot in Montreal by the contract completion date, which will be determined at award. Bidders may propose equivalent or substitute products but must clearly identify the brand, model, part number, and NCAGE code. The solicitation follows a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation process, where technical compliance is mandatory and price is the sole determining factor unless bids are tied, in which case delivery date, submission time, and track record serve as tie-breakers.
