This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items using Simplified Procedures prepared in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/).
Solicitation number N0060426Q4022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts and Deviations and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507. Description:
CLIN 0001: Schedule III (Intra-City) packing, containerization, and local drayage services. The
contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM). Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the associated Item Numbers identified on Attachment (1), Schedule III
of the Pricing Worksheet.
Period of Performance (POP): 01 July 2026 through 31 Dec 2026.
