Intent: The intent of this solicitation is to select a successful Bidder (Contractor) to provide for Bridge Maintenance for Bridge 924038: Kings Highway over Partin Canal. Bridge Maintenance: Kings Highway over Partin Canal 1. Background: 924038 is the bridge known as “Kings Highway over Partin Canal”. This bridge is inspected by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) every two (2) years. Utilizing the inspection report and additional reviews, the set of plans was created to address maintenance issues. 2. Scope of Work: This project will consist of asphalt, joint repairs, channel excavation, rip-rap, bedding stone, guardrail, and other miscellaneous work. Please refer to the Plans that have been uploaded to the Procurement Services SharePoint Online site, which may be accessed through the link reflected on page two (2) of this ITB Document. NOTE: A Right of Way permit will not be required for this project. If a dewatering permit is required, that will be the responsibility of the contractor.
