This justification and approval (J&A) seek authority to award a modification to extend the
period of performance for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract,
N4008021D0015 8(a) Regional Roofing JOC for Naval Research & Development
Establishment (NRDE) supported Commands at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Naval
Support Facility Indian Head, Maryland and Naval Support Facility Dahlgreen, Virginia. This
modification seeks to extend the period of performance twelve (12) months, from 30 July
2026 . 28 January 2027 with two three-month optional extensions 29 January 2027-1 April
2027 and 2 April 2027-1 June 2027.
