The Regional Municipality of York is inviting only prequalified contractors to submit electronic bids for the removal of a bridge on Old Lloydtown-Aurora Road and associated intersection improvements at the intersection of Lloydtown-Aurora Road and 8th Concession in the Township of King. The form of Bid Bond acceptable to the Region is attached as Appendix E or substantially in the form issued by the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC220 Form) or the Surety Association of Canada.
