The City owns 68 bridges that require annual maintenance, organized into different bridge list groupings based on the City’s scheduling. The initial bridge grouping for the current year is provided with this RFQ in the attached bridge grouping table. The City intends to enter into an initial one (1)-year contract, with the option to extend for up to four (4) additional one (1)-year periods.The Vendor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, tools, removal, installation, labor, coordination, supervision, freight, and incidentals required to perform and complete the work in accordance with this Request for Vendor Quotes, the Agreement and as directed by the City Engineer.
