NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Saint Gobain Crystals of Harim, OH to furnish: TITLE: Brilliance 380 Crystal and Voltage Divider CLIN 0001 - Brilliance 380 Crystal - 38 s 38/1. 5/B380 with Flange QTY: 10 each CLIN 0002 - Voltage Divider AS20 Module P/N: 6-4-6242 QTY: 10 each The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334519 with the size standard of 500 Employees. Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 5955. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR) Part 13 and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
