- PURPOSE
This special notice is to inform vendors of an upcoming Broad Request for Solutions (BRFS). The purpose of this BRFS is to solicit innovative proposals for Basic, Applied, and Advanced Research, prototype development, demonstration, test and evaluation, analytics, modeling and simulation to address current and future needs for the ten technology areas within the capability gap. The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding a Project Order under the Expeditionary Missions Consortium (EMC2) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 4022.
