**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** There have been some points raised recently that brought some additional information to light that may have some impact on proposals for this project. There is no discussion of oxidizing in the scope of work. The scope of work does not address this issue however it is contained in the specifications put out by GSA's National office in in Washington DC. This guidance from GSA is now attached to this notice. Is scaffolding an option for access? Scissor Lift, Scaffolding, Snorkel Lift, all could be used and kept on site secured, for next day use. The active doorways into the Building need to remain clear and open for use. It is noted in the scope of work that work is to be carried out after business hours. I was informed that the work can be done during normal business hours 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Due to this new or revised information, the closing date for this RFP will be extended one week to 29 April, 2016 so proposals can be revised if necessary.
