The work consists of the aerial application of the herbicides Aminopyralid:Clopyralid on 773 acres; and Imazapyr on 304.3 acres to control Mesquite and Salt Cedar, respectively, on three USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) easements in Lynn County, Texas. Spraying to be conducted in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Quality Control Plan and Practice Specification documents and in compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture rules and regulations. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered as Active, and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. The successful contractor must have and provide proof of valid commercial applicators license, and will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.
