Brushy Creek MUD North Sanitary Sewer Capacity Project

The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District in Texas is soliciting bids for the Brushy Creek MUD North Sanitary Sewer Capacity Project located in Austin. The project involves the installation of approximately 3,300 linear feet of new 12 inch diameter sanitary sewer line starting from the intersection of Great Oaks Drive and Park Drive, extending along Park Drive and through the BCMUD Greenbelt, and concluding at a connection to an existing sewer line at Eagle Way. Key technical requirements include approximately 240 linear feet of pipe installation via horizontal directional drilling, the connection of existing sanitary sewer services to the new line, and the implementation of traffic control and pavement mill and overlay. All work must be performed in compliance with Edwards Aquifer rules. Interested parties must submit their responses by October 1, 2026.
