Work includes but is not limited to modifications to existing power systems to accommodate the addition of the generator, including a new Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), a branched gas line from existing gas line and regulator to feed the generator, structural work required to install a fenced concrete pad for the generator, and site civil work required for grading and utilities (underground electrical wiring and conduit and natural gas piping). The total estimated cost of this project is $250,000.00.
