INVITATION TO BID Buchland Road Culvert Replacement SALISBURY TOWNSHIP Sealed bids for this project will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2024. At that time, bids will be opened and made available online. Major items of construction consist of furnishing and installing a 20’ W x 6.25’ H x 29 LF precast concrete box culvert in an excavation area prepared by the Township. A Prebid Conference will be held on July 22, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. in the Salisbury Township Building, 5581 Old Philadelphia Pike Gap, PA 17527 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank check, payable to Salisbury Township or a Bid Bond in the form described in the bidding documents executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10% of the Total Bid. Bidders must submit a non-collusion affidavit. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required.
