NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID (ITB) – CONSTRUCTION Lee County, Florida, is requesting sealed bids from qualified individuals and firms for the attached solicitation. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract a qualified CONTRACTOR to perform the site work and associated improvements for a new modular building, in accordance with the plans and specifications for the Buckingham Facility Resource Area. The Scope of Work and specifications for this solicitation are available exclusively at: https://leegov.ionwave.net Interested parties shall submit their bids in accordance with the specifications and requirements set forth herein. Bids must be submitted electronically through the County’s e-Procurement Portal (Ion Wave) prior to the date and time specified. Paper or hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted. Bidders shall download the Bid Invitation and complete all required sections, including Attributes, Bid Lines (if applicable), Supplier Information, and Required Forms. Bids will be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division, 2115 Second Street, 1 st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901, and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the solicitation documents, including the technical specifications and/or scope of work. Bidders obtaining documents from any source other than the County’s official website do so at their own risk. The County’s official bidders list, addenda, and all related information must be obtained from the site listed above. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to monitor the website for updates. The County reserves the right to reject any bid deemed incomplete or non-responsive. Submissions containing corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise inaccessible files may be deemed non-responsive and rejected. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted electronically through the County’s e-Procurement Portal (Ion Wave) under the “Questions” tab for this solicitation.
