Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide general maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, litter and bulk debris removal, and snow plowing services at Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park in the City of Buffalo for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. The work includes maintenance of roadway rights-of-way, Union Ship Canal Commons public park areas, designated parking areas and sidewalks. Services include mowing and trimming, landscape and weed maintenance, daily litter and debris removal, removal of dumped materials and tires, trash receptacle maintenance, seasonal cleanup, turf repair, and designated snow plowing and sidewalk clearing. The RFP includes three service categories: Right-of-Way Lawn Maintenance Ship Canal Commons Park Lawn Care and Maintenance Snow Plowing Services BUDC will consider proposals for individual service categories; however, preference may be given to a qualified contractor capable of providing all three service areas. A pre-submission site visit is available by appointment only.
