Calsense Irrigation Controller Upgrades

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is soliciting proposals under RFP GWCC91826EC for the upgrade of Calsense irrigation controllers at the Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Olympic Park. The selected contractor will provide all labor, genuine Calsense equipment, programming, testing, and training required to install Calsense CS3000 upgrade components in pedestal and wall-mounted enclosures. Key deliverables include the integration of existing communication and weather-sensing components, the provision of detailed equipment inventories, and the delivery of ten-year communications and data plans. Final acceptance is contingent upon the submission of commissioning reports, programmed settings, and comprehensive warranty documentation. Eligible firms must be licensed to do business in Georgia and certify at least five consecutive years of experience providing Calsense irrigation control system services. Proposals are evaluated based on references, demonstrated experience of key personnel, suitability with the Authority's goals, and overall cost. Submissions must include specific notarized exhibits, including a Proposal Certification Form and a Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit. The successful awardee will be required to provide a performance bond or irrevocable letter of credit for 100 percent of the total contract amount.
