SNOW REMOVAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver (HACB), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with HUD Procurement Handbook 7460.8 (REV-3) , for the procurement of Snow Removal. Qualified firms are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of Snow Removal to the HACB no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, October 30, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated and the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the HACB will be selected. Proposal will be accepted at the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver, James F. Tress Administration Building, 300 State Avenue, Beaver (Vanport) , PA 15009-1629. Proposal packets are available at the Housing Authority Central Office at 300 State Street, Beaver (Vanport), Pennsylvania 15009-1629 during normal working hours 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or you may contact Megan Greene, Executive Assistant at 724-630-2022 or mgreene@beavercountyhousing.org .
