Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant Corporation and Graham-Aecon JV (“Design Builder”) have entered into a contract, dated June 1, 2020 (the “DB Agreement” or “Prime Contract”) under which Graham Aecon JV undertook to design and is now preparing submission of the Construction Services proposal for the Project. The Project includes renewal of the existing water treatment plant facility, necessary expansion of various plant areas and addition of a new administration building through a combination of replacements, upgrades, new constructions, retrofitted and new ponds.
The Design Builder invites you to submit pricing for the Scope of Work(s) identified in this RFP, based on the commercial and technical requirements included. The intent of this RFP includes, but is not limited to: - Clarifying the required scope for pricing. - Describing the key information that the Design Builder will require to form part of the Subcontract. - Assisting with the submission of a competitive price.
