Full Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and component replacement on two (2) rooftop Air Handling Units (AHUs) located at Building 100. The objective is to restore both units to full and proper operational status. The Contractor shall execute the following tasks in accordance with all manufacturer specifications and applicable federal and local safety codes.
