This notice is for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing two boilers in building 1047. Please be aware that there is a brand name requirement for Lochinvar brand boilers only. This sealed bid is utilizing Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12, FAR Part 14, and FAR Part 36.


Please review the solicitation document for the date, time, and location of the pre-bid conference and site visit. Please review the required information that must be submitted to attend the site visit.


Please note that the location of the site visit and bid opening are at different locations. Please review Section 00110 00 Notes and Section 00 21 00 – Instructions for more information. 


The deadline to submit questions and requests for information (RFI) for this requirement is listed within the solicitation documentation, section 00 21 00 – Instructions. Questions and RFI submitted after the deadline may not be answered or acknowledged.


The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning Contractors, the size standard is $19.0 Million.


Per RFO FAR 36.101-3(b) the budget parameters for this project are between $250,000 and $350,000.
