This is to include replacement of 3 interior second floor windows, 1 single metal door, frame, and hardware. Replace hardware on 3 existing doors. Repair existing drywall as needed and application of intumescent fire-resistant paint. All work performed under this Statement of Work shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, ANG policies and regulations, and this SOW as outlined below. The contract duration will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,500,000.00.
