This project will be synopsised under W912KC-18-R-5001 on FBO and can be located at https://www.fbo.gov/spg/USA/NGB/DAHA36-3/W912KC-18-R-5001/listing.html As such, this notice is canceled. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The United States Property & Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania (USPFO-PA) may issue a solicitation and award of a contract to "Provide all labor, transportation, materials, facilities, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the renovation of building 229 to include restrooms (male and female), locker rooms (male and female), and office area. Also electrical and HVAC upgrades to the building. Additionally, the renovation of building 310 will consist of converting existing supply building warehouse and admin area; some work to convert existing warehouse space into additional office space." subject to availability of funds. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, via email, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than November 03, 2017.
