Full Description
Project Title: Replace Window B4311
Project Location: Dyess AFB
Project Title: B4311 Window Replacement Project Location: Dyess AFB
This is a solicitation for the requirement of all labor, equipment, tools, materials,
supervision, and other resources required for the complete removal and replacement of six (6)
existing window sections consisting of twelve (12) existing awning-style windows at Bldg. 4311.
Work shall include removal and disposal of existing glass, window assemblies, framing, anchors,
sealants, and associated materials necessary to prepare openings for installation of new aluminum
fixed-frame stationary window assemblies. New window assemblies shall consist of two (2) separate
fixed window units per section, including new aluminum framing, glazing, anchors, sealants, flashing,
and associated materials required for a complete and weather-tight installation. Approximate
existing window opening dimensions are 93” x 34”; however, a pre-proposal site visit
is highly recommended, with the presence of a CE Project Planner, for all contractors submitting
proposals to identify all material, dimensions, specifications, and work requirements. Any CMU
requiring repair and/or replacement to ensure proper installation of the new windows shall be
addressed by the Contractor.
SITE VISIT: A mandatory government site visit will be held at Building 4311 on Tuesday, 8
September 2026 at 1pm CST.
