THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. 1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new construction requirement in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Devens. This projected is located at 601 Queenstown Street, Fort Devens, MA - Building 601 MP Parking Lot Repaving. 2.
