Building 93 Renovation

The Department of Homeland Security, through the FLETC Glynco Procurement Office, is soliciting proposals for the renovation of Building 93 at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, Georgia. This procurement is designated as a 100 percent total small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project will be awarded as a single firm fixed price contract. Interested parties must submit their proposals via the SAM portal by September 17, 2026. A site visit is scheduled for August 26, 2026, at 11:00 am at FLETC Building 200. Due to the sensitive nature of the facility, the detailed statement of work, specifications, and drawings are restricted. Access to these controlled documents requires the prior submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement to the contracting officers. Awardees and authorized personnel must comply with strict information security standards, including the safeguarding of Protected Critical Infrastructure Information, Sensitive Security Information, and other Sensitive But Unclassified data in accordance with 6 CFR Part 29 and 49 CFR Part 1520. These security obligations, including the prohibition of unauthorized disclosure and the requirement to return sensitive materials upon completion of duties, remain in effect indefinitely.
