Building B Replacement Project Design-Build Prequalification

The Long Beach Community College District has issued Request for Qualifications RFQ No. 27-B002 to prequalify design-build entities for the Building B Replacement Project in Long Beach, California. This two-phase competition seeks a single entity to manage the hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the existing Building B and portions of Parking Lot I, followed by the construction of a new 43,100 GSF multi-level academic facility.
