Full Description
The Project will be completed in two phases. Phase 0 consists of the first fifty (50) calendar days of the project duration and is designated for the procurement of materials. Phase I consists of the remaining forty (40) calendar days of the project duration, during which all on-site scope must be completed. To meet the required project duration, the Contractor shall plan and schedule the work accordingly, including performing work after hours and weekends, as necessary.
