Building FC478 and FC481 Paint and Flooring Repairs

Only M&R MACC contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page are eligible to submit proposals for the Building FC478 and FC481 Paint and Flooring Repairs project at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, under solicitation N4008526R9037. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 with an estimated contract value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, and awards will be made based on the lowest price. The work involves comprehensive interior and exterior painting, surface repairs including crack and mold remediation, carpentry to replace damaged trim and siding, and full replacement of resilient flooring systems in both Bachelor Enlisted Quarters located in French Creek on Gonzalez Loop. All measurements must be field-verified by the contractor, and work must comply with specified Paints-Coatings and Resilient Flooring Standards, along with the Combined Division 01 Specifications and the Contractor Environmental Guide.
