Solicitation of the Bulkhead, Aircraft

The Government is seeking to award a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 22 aircraft bulkheads, NSN 1560-01-345-4800, part number 70308-03801-116, intended for use on UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters. Delivery is required at a rate of two units per month, with a total production lead time of 540 days after contract award, and all items must be delivered FOB Destination. The item is classified as non-commercial, so FAR Part 12 does not apply, and it is not designated as an aviation Critical Safety Item.
