The City is requesting Bidders to provide pricing for the following: Bulk Salt 450 tonnes standard features included in the pricing. The term “SALT” as used in this Tender will refer to KCL or NaCI or any other agent containing the necessary properties as a de-icing agent considered suitable for our use.
Solicitation documents for this procurement can be found on https://vendorpanel.ca All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at www.vendorpanel.ca. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system. Award notification will be posted to vendorpanel.ca Submission Deadline: 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Thursday, September 17th, 2026.
