BUS SHELTER INSTALLATION SERVICES INVITATION TO BID The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the installation of bus shelters in its service areas located in Berks County, PA and Lancaster County, PA. SCTA will receive bids online electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com from qualified vendors to provide services for the installation of bus shelters in its service areas located in Berks County, PA and Lancaster County, PA until 4:00 PM, prevailing time, on Friday, April 26, 2024. At the designated time in this notice, the bids received shall be opened online with results posted via PennBid and available for public viewing. All documents, specifications and solicitation details are available at no cost, electronically at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com All bids and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the South Central Transit Authority and the County of Berks, the County of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration. Contractors will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Lobbying, Debarment and Contractor Integrity laws and regulations.
