CRDA, a quasi-public agency of the State of Connecticut, is collaborating with other members of the Bushnell South Consortium - including the City of Hartford, Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, The Michaels Organization and Pennrose LLC - to develop this area as a mixed-use district, with new housing and commercial components.
