NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS Solicitation Type and Name: Request for Proposals for the On-Airport Rental Car Concession Program. Solicitation Number: 06-24-S49-42 Description: The City of McAllen is soliciting proposals for the On-Airport Rental Car Concession Program at the McAllen International Airport. Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposals addressed to Mr. Roel “Roy” Rodriguez P.E., MPA, City Manager, will be received until Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT). All proposals are only to be submitted electronically through the City of McAllen’s bidding portal: https://mcallen.procureware.com, on or before the aforementioned date and time. Original, hard copy, and/or late proposals shall not be accepted. Pre-Submittal Conference: A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at the McAllen International Airport, Executive Conference Room; 2500 S. Bicentennial Blvd., McAllen, TX 78503 on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., (CDT). A call-in number for the conference will be made available only upon request.
