The Government intends to award a single Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for this acquisition of the C-5 Avionics Regulated Transformer Rectifier Unit (RTRU) 400. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only GE Aviation (CAGE 19623). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item.  The particulars of this IDC are as follows:
