The Government intends to award a single Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for this acquisition of the C-5 Avionics Regulated Transformer Rectifier Unit (RTRU) 400. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only GE Aviation (CAGE 19623).
