This requirement is to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to design a replacement to the existing diatomaceous earth-based water filtration and treatment plant that supplies purified domestic water for the Sheridan Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Based upon the pilot test findings, the A/E shall design a membrane filtration system to replace the aging system in place, and subsequently provide construction period services to supervise the installation contractor to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements. Estimated cost of construction (ECC) is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Estimated duration of design, including all pilot testing and membrane selection, is approximately ten months, with construction period services expected to be six months.
